We offer a comprehensive range of services by providing advice in all tax matters as well as preparation of annual financial statements.  We act in the event of external tax audits, provide support in negotiations with the tax authorities and conduct litigation before tax courts (Finanzgerichte) up to the German Supreme Tax Court (Bundesfinanzhof).  We also provide services in the form of a so-called "Family Office" for high net worth individuals and family owned companies.

In addition to services involving general tax advice, we act for our clients on all issues relating to tax law, especially in corporate restructurings and reorganizations, the conceptual structuring of mergers and acquisitions, issues involving national and international tax structuring and issues which arise when businesses pass to the next generation.
